Today i will tell you a very informative topic about our health.There will be hardly any person in the world who does not like to eat, everyone is very sensitive about food.everybody thought.90% of the people thought is that only a person earns, it is very important to eat food.Friends, eating is very important for health, but sometimes eating less and gives many health benefits to people.That's what I'll share with you.Now this thing must also come in your mind, how will someone be healthy by being hungry. Friends, you do not have to be hungry, instead of eating, you have to do juice fasting.Now you must be thinking that juice is fasting, so let's know.........
Introduction of juice fasting:
Juice fasting or also called juice cleansing means a fast in which you eat only a few fruits and vegetables.and include their juices in your diet.This diet should be given to you in some regular interval or we can say that a short period of time that we have it.Friends, not only in science but also in our Vedic Ayurveda, it is believed that if we consume more and more fluids in our diet, then So it nourishes our body and at the same time, the toxic and waste material of the body comes out.

Friends, if possible, you can do juice fasting for 2 to 3 days in a week, if not, then definitely do it for at least one day.On this day, you can take as much juicy fruits or juices, you can also consume juicy vegetables.And even on the day you are taking solid food, keep in mind that it must contain at least 40 and 60% of the juices.Include glutten free grains less suger and more and more vegetables and nuts in your diet, which will help in your juice fasting.stay away from junk food and Processed food for better result.when you wakeup take a lukewarm water with a splash of fresh lemon juice.and take a smoothie or almond-Poppy seed and cashewnut milk atleast before the 3 to 4 hour of your bedtime.If you Add this to your daily routine i will make sure your body really feel great and you become always fit and healthy.Friends it is a spring and it is a propper time to include this in our daily routien and take the benifits of that.List of some fruits and vegitable for juice fasting:Beetroot ,Carrot,Apple Lemon,Pineapple,oranges,Grapes,Sweet lemon,
